Improve Balance

Balance exercise is one of the four types of recommended exercise along with strength, aerobic and flexibility exercises to improve health and physical ability. Balance training helps to prevent falls/injury, improve posture, locomotor performance, dynamic truck control, sitting and standing balance.

Improve Mobility

Mobility training, rooted in the concept of ‘proprioception’, enhances body awareness and movement through a set of exercises aimed at increasing range of motion and muscle control around joints. Our therapists employ diverse hands-on techniques to assist clients in improving their mobility and overall physical performance. Tailored for recovery, athletic improvement, or daily movement enhancement, our programs focus on both physical and perceptual aspects of movement.
