Advanced Techniques - Graston Technique
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)

Many of our therapists are certified in Graston Technique – an advanced form of instrument assisted, soft tissue mobilization. This technique allows a more hands on treatment to help effectively treat adverse effects of fascial restriction, muscle tension and scar tissue build up. All of this helps to build upon our goal of improving pain and promoting optimal range of motion.

Kinesio Tape

Kinesio Tape is a therapeutic tape used to reduce pain, improve swelling, and inhibit or facilitate muscles depending on how it is applied. Athletes can benefit from KT Tape through their healing and recovery. Olympians and high-level athletes use KT Tape to help with their athletic performance and/or recovery from injury.

Utilization of our electronic cupping therapy plays a major role in helping to remove tissue restriction in overused muscle groups. Common for neck pain and lower back pain, it helps to relieve and relax the muscles around the spine, increasing your ability for better posture and more range of motion. Red light therapy is known to help restore cell function and trigger blood flow, in turn helping to heal and alleviate pains.

HYPERICE Technology

Help “unlock elite performance”™ with the benefits of HyperIce. Depending on the needs of our clients, our treatment and rehabilitation sessions can utilize the use of Hyperice equipment such as the Hypervolt massage gun, Venom, and Hyperice X.
