Your Wellness Journey

Clients can schedule a fitness assessment with one of Revolution Physical Therapy team members to identify the starting point of their wellness journey. Our comprehensive initial evaluations span 60 minutes, ensuring thorough attention to every detail of your physical health. After completing the one-on-one assessment, clients can expect a personally developed wellness program tailored to their body and goals.

Physical activity can improve your brain health, reduce your risk of cardiovascular diseases, strengthen your bones and muscles, and help maintain a healthy weight. Physical training incorporates endurance, strength, balance and flexibility to ensure a well-rounded approach to your physical health and wellness.

Revolution PT’s therapists will gauge your physical ability through exercises and asking questions. The initial evaluation will also be a time to recognize and set goals. After the initial evaluation, our physical therapists will introduce cardio, weight training, flexibility, and balance training to help you achieve those goals and equip you with the tools to execute future benchmarks.

Physical therapists are specially trained to diagnose specific health issues and help treat them through exercises and other modalities to help relieve any pain or discomfort you may experience while working towards your fitness goals.
